Insurance I accept:
I accept most major insurances, including Allegiance, BCBS, Pacific Source, Mountain Health Coop, Optum, EBMS, Medicaid, and Medicare. Knowing your specific plan and coverage is your responsibility. To bill insurance, they require that you meet “medical necessity”; a mental health-related diagnosis must be made.
Office Hours:
Office hours are by appointment only. Please note that while I’m in the office most days, I am often in back-to-back sessions. Therefore, I will not always be available by phone or email during office hours and may respond outside of traditional workday hours. I am not in the office Friday-Sunday and am unavailable by phone and email on those days.
