In individual counseling, I’ll meet with you or your child or your teen individually to work on goals as established in our treatment planning phase at the beginning of therapy.
In-person in Bozeman office or online via telehealth.
$165 per hour-long session.
Most insurances are accepted (Allegiance, BCBS, Pacific Source, Mountain Health Coop, Optum, EBMS, Medicaid, and Medicare). Please be sure to check your individual policy to ensure whether therapy is covered.
In family counseling, I’ll meet with parent(s) and kid(s)/teen(s) together. This can be one parent and one child, two parents, and one child, or parent/parents and multiple children. We’ll address issues impacting the family system, creating goals for individuals and for the family as a whole.

Parent involvement can be an important part of making sure that children and teens are supported at home on their journey. It can be very helpful for parents and I to meet and discuss the things that you’re seeing at home and at school, as well as any areas of growth or concern that you may notice.
